Agentic engineering · Kubernetes · EKS
Most of your system has already been built. Twice.
Keplow builds software with coding agents and reuses its platform across every client. You pay for the part that's actually yours — not another quarter of the same ingress, CI, and auth.
$ kpl init acme --region us-east-1 ✓ eks cluster reused · 6 min ✓ gitops + ci reused · 2 min ✓ authn / rbac reused · 3 min ✓ observability reused · 4 min → acme-ledger-svc new day one is a running cluster, not a kickoff deck
Why we're cheaper and it isn't a discount
platform, not shared invoices
The same hardened EKS baseline, deploy pipeline, and service scaffolding ships to every client. It gets better each time, and you don't fund it from scratch.
do the volume work
Coding agents write the boilerplate, the tests, and the migration under review. Our engineers spend their hours on the decisions that have no good default.
everything, all the way down
What we hand over is ordinary Kubernetes, Terraform, and code your team can already read. There is no Keplow runtime to be locked into.
What lands in your AWS account
Everything runs in your account, under your org's controls, described in Terraform you own. We operate it with you until your team would rather we didn't.
- computeAmazon EKS with a managed node strategy sized to the workload — not a cluster per team.
- deliveryGitOps deploys, preview environments, and a release path that a new hire can follow on day two.
- identityWorkload identity, RBAC, and secrets wired to your existing IdP.
- telemetryOpenTelemetry traces, metrics, and logs from the first deploy, with SLOs written down.
- agentsThe harness, evals, and review gates that make agent-written code safe to merge.
How we engage
| Model | What you get | Typical span | Pricing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform drop | EKS baseline, CI/CD, auth, observability, and runbooks — in your account, documented. | 2–3 weeks | fixed |
| Build with us | A product surface delivered end to end on that platform, with your engineers in the repo. | 1–2 quarters | monthly |
| Agent enablement | We make your existing team fast with agents: harness, evals, review gates, guardrails. | 4–6 weeks | fixed |
Fixed-price work is scoped in writing before it starts. If we finish early, that's our problem to price, not yours to pay for.
What we think about building software
- 01An estimate that can't be checked against a running system is a guess. We put something deployable in front of you in the first two weeks, every time.
- 02Agents raise the ceiling on output and the cost of bad architecture. The review gate matters more than the model.
- 03Most teams don't need a bespoke platform. They need someone else's, hardened, handed over, and boring.
- 04Kubernetes when the workload earns it. Plenty of systems are better off as a container behind a load balancer, and we'll say so.
Tell us what's stuck.
A 30-minute call with the engineer who would do the work. If we're not the right fit, we'll say that on the call rather than three proposals later.
